Peter Knudsen comes to us from a Danish family that has been in the tanning business for over 150 years.He was "imported" to the United States in 1977, leaving Denmark as a 5th generation heir of the tanning dynasty.

The finest American leather producing corporations brought him to the U.S. where his expertise was simply not available.After working for many years as technical director for major U.S. leather producers, he opened his first store in New Hampshire.
