Glen Knox, county clerk, said he didn't know when a decision would be made on the matter.

Knox said the county and its member municipalities have some time to decide because the new legal provisions don't take effect until the New Year.

Similar concerns have been raised about closed-door meetings in some locales of Grey-Bruce county.
