Mr. Knox has held various senior management positions at Microsoft, most recently the position of Director of Operations between 1993-95.He now heads up Charlie Knox Consulting Inc., a financial consulting firm where he is President.Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Knox held various positions in finance, accounting, government contracting, and management information systems, including Director of MIS Applications between 1984-85.Mr. Knox holds a BS in Economics with a major in Accounting from Wharton.
