We are privileged to have Rev. Joe Knowles with us this morning to celebrate our tenth anniversary.Pastor Knowles was the founding Pastor of Happy Valley Baptist Church.Happy Valley's first worship service was held on the first Sunday in December of 1992.Throughout this month we will be highlighting the various ministries of Happy Valley as a way of celebrating the ten years of ministry that God has given us, and we will culminate the celebration with a church-wide potluck on January 5, 2003.

As a church, we have five areas of focus or purpose.This Sunday we are going to look at how we fulfill the purpose of worship in the life of our church.Psalm 100 says, "Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.
