Dr. Judith Knotts will retire from her position at St. Gabriel's as Head of School at the end of the 2007-2008 school year.We are so grateful to Dr. Knotts for leading St. Gabriel's Catholic School for eight wonderful years. She has been the loving force that has led our school to be on the international map as a Catholic School of academic excellence.Although we know no one will ever be able to replace her, we are confident that with SGCS's outstanding curriculum, high-ranking achievements, solid faculty and staff, and deep commitment to spiritual growth and community service, we are in a great position to recruit the next gifted leader who will shepherd our school into the future. The Board of Trustees has selected Carney Sandoe & Associates, the most well-respected search firm in the business, to lead us through the process with grace and genuine intention to find the next Head who is capable of building upon the legacy of academic excellnce and Catholic values that Dr. Knotts, her team, and the St. Gabriel's community have spent eight years creating.
We celebrate Dr. Knotts and all that she has done for our children, and we trust that God will continue to bless our school with honest and passionate leadership.
