⢠Steve Knoll, president of Knoll Patient Supply Inc., was named chairman of the American Association for Homecare on June 6 during a Capitol Hill reception.
The Knoll family has been doing business in Topeka since 1930.Knoll Patient Supply, formed in 1981, offers oxygen and respiratory therapies and disease management.Knoll Patient Supply received accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care in May and has been recognized with several awards, including Home Medical Equipment Provider of the Year in 1998; MED Group Founders Award, 1998-99; and the BBB Torch Award for marketplace ethics in 2002.
During his inaugural speech, Knoll announced his initiative to spread the message to state and federal policymakers about how the products and services the home health industry provides, saves the health care system money every day.
