Nathan Knight is a human capital professional with more than five years of progressive experience in developing organizations and talent. His background includes project management, recruitment, learning strategy, organization structure, job design, performance management, career development, human resource management, process improvement, and implementation planning.

He works for Deloitte Consulting LLP as a Senior Consultant in the Organization and Change service line, focusing on the talent solutions and organization strategy across industries. Since joining the firm in November 2007, he has become a leader in a regional Diversity & Inclusion Council and the Atlanta chapter of GLOBE (Deloitte LBGT Business Resource Group). This has led to increasing community involvement such as the AGLCC, Human Rights Campaign, Out & Equal, Kennesaw State University LGBTQ Summit, and Atlanta AIDS Walk. He has also delivered a workshop on social networking and personal branding at the national 2008 Out & Equal Workplace Summit.

Previously, he spent four years at The Home Depot gaining cross-functional exposure and human resources expertise. After completing the two-year Business Leadership Program, he was promoted to a Division Learning Project Manager role, which was responsible for the execution of training programs in over 700 stores across 21 states in the Northeast and Midwest. Additionally, he was a member of the Northern Division Diversity & Inclusion Council and supported the launch of the LGBT employee network.

Nathan is originally from Massachusetts, and moved to Atlanta in 2003 shortly after graduating from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Management.
