    Mr. Kiritsy, a co-founder, joined the Company as President and Chief Executive Officer in June of 2005 and has served as a Director since inception. Mr. Kiritsy is a seasoned entrepreneur, who possesses 20 years of unique business and technical experience, previously holding senior management positions in R&D, business development and finance. Prior to Arisaph, Mr. Kiritsy served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kos Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he played an integral role in building Kos from a small development organization into a highly profitable, 1,500 person, fully-integrated pharmaceutical company with annual sales approaching $1 billion. During his 10 year tenure at Kos, Mr. Kiritsy raised approximately $500 million in public equity capital, including Kos' IPO, and spearheaded in excess of 10 corporate development transactions. He also played a key operating role in commercializing Kos' two internally developed cholesterol therapies (Niaspan® and Advicor®) and in delivering financial results that consistently exceeded Wall Street expectations. In 2005, Fortune Magazine ranked Kos the fastest growing pharmaceutical company and 6th fastest growing company overall in the United States.

    Prior to Kos, Mr. Kiritsy served as Associate Director of Product Development at the Institute of Molecular Biology, a private biotechnology company, where he co-authored several publications in scientific journals. Mr. Kiritsy received an A.B. from Bowdoin College in Biology and an M.B.A. from Boston University.
