Ellen KiristisEllen has spent the last 17 years in the foodservice business after graduating from the State University at Buffalo with a BS degree in Food Service Management.She started her career with Wegmans in the deli department and after 2 years she left to join an upstate foodservice broker where she spent the next 11 years.Advancing her experience, she then joined another foodservice broker organization where she spent the next 6 years before joining Spectrum Foodservice Associates, Inc.We are very excited to have her experience in the Rochester/Buffalo market with both the operator and distributor trade being used on behalf of our manufacturers partners.
