  Peter King practices estate and tax law for HAUSWIESNER KING LLP. Peter graduated from the George Mason School of Law (J.D.) where he was an intern for the Solicitor General of the United States, Theodore Olson. Peter King is a founding partner of HAUSWIESNER KING LLP where he focuses his law practice on taxation matters such as estate planning and administration as well as corporate transactions. A professional focus of Mr. King is advising companies with foreign stockholders or investors on international tax issues ranging from the taxation of U.S. source income to questions dealing with licensing and venture capital transactions. Furthermore he represents local and international clients in proceedings with the Internal Revenue Service as well as in commercial litigation proceedings. In addition, he is advising foreign real estate investors on commercial and residential real estate transactions.
  
  Prior to joining HAUSWIESNER KING, Mr. King has been practicing in the area of mergers and acquisitions with major Washington, D.C. law firms. He has also advised on tax litigation with the Internal Revenue Service as well as on securities litigation with the SEC. To better serve our clients, he is currently enrolled in Georgetown University's prestigious tax LL.M. program with a specialization on cross-border tax issues affecting entrepreneurs and businesses
