Jana King

The idea for an activity showcase came from Jana King, co-founder of King Publishing and a member of the district's Citizens Advisory Committee for private fund raising.She had two children who went to State High and said she was amazed when she learned what activities were going on at the school.

"My idea was, why not show everyone what the children are doing," said King, who heads the committee task force organizing the event.
