    Although Angela Kimball, director of the CPCG, which brought a busload of 40 residents to the meeting, spoke in support of the new agreement, with reservations.

    "We still have issues they haven't dealt with yet,' Kimball said, and warned the builder not to become complacent just yet.

    Kimball and many residents don't want the development to have the cookie-cutter appearance that's so prevalent in modern housing complexes and which, she says, is out of character with the rest of the neighborhood.
