Teik Kim arrived in Australia in 1999 to study theatre at the University of New South Wales where he completed an honours degree. Teik Kim has worked as a freelance performer/actor and curator with SBS, PACT Theatre, Urban Theatre Projects and Performance Space. He has also produced Post-Op Chamber Piece, a solo work about cultural identity. In 2003 he worked with Guillermo Gomez-Pena on The Living Museum of Fetish-ized Identities, and has recently performed in Song of Ghosts at PACT Theatre (April 2004). In July this year he will be participating in Time Place Space 3 - a two-week residential hybrid arts workshop (AIT Arts - Adelaide 2004). Teik Kim is currently in the initial phase of a self-initiated hybrid arts project involving live performance and video art.
