Ms. Kim has over fourteen years of financial and operational experience in leading edge technology companies, both startup and large, private and public.Most recently, she served as Consulting Chief Financial Officer for SMSI, and as Corporate Controller for Winsbrook Software, where she was instrumental in securing financing and building the corporate infrastructure for these early stage companies.Ms. Kim also worked for MicroSemi Corporation (NASDAQ: MSCC), Cognex Corporation (NASDAQ: CGNX) and Interleaf (NASDAQ: LEAF).At Interleaf, she worked with the new executive team to return to profitability.She was also responsible consolidated financial reporting of this multinational operation.Ms. Kim was a key player in the merger of Voice Processing Corporation with Voice Control Systems (NASDAQ: VCSI).She holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from California State University at San Francisco and executive education from Harvard Business School.
