   Richard Kim , Director , Sales & Alliances Richard Kim has over 16 years of experience in the IT environment. His primary roles have been in Sales , Marketing and Business Development management for organizations such as Samsung Semiconductors , Motorola , and Paradigm Solutions. Before joining NexxIT , Inc.'s management team , Mr. Kim worked for Redd Media Associates as the Marketing Director. He orchestrated a successful market channel distribution network targeting the education , city government , industrial , and entertainment production markets , that increased the company's client base by over 500%. He also worked as a market research consultant for Philips Semiconductors and Air Pad International , exploring patterns of consumer shopping confidence levels which led to several successful product launches generating millions of dollars in gross revenue. Mr. Kim received his B.S. degree from San Jose State University in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. He also holds an MBA in International Business with a concentration in International Finance and Marketing from San Francisco State University.
