Mr. Kim brings with him 25 years of extensive financial and tax experience.He joined Tranax in December of 1999.A certified public accountant, Mr. Kim worked as a Senior Tax Manager for Ernst & Young between 1984-1986 and has practiced public accounting since 1987.

Mr. Kim holds a BA in Business Administration from Seoul National University, an MBA from the Haas School of Business of the University of California, Berkeley, and an MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
