   Joseph Kim has had extensive experience in drafting economic policy and legislation, which he gained while working as a legislative assistant in the Finance and Economic Committee and the National Policy Committee of Korea's National Assembly for 8 years. In addition to his work at the National Assemby, Mr. Kim also contributed to former Korean President Kim Dae Jung's presidential election campaign and acted as chief of strategic planning for a former governor of Kyunggi Province.
   
   In 2002, Mr. Kim managed a special public relations team for SK Telecom. He is concurrently working as a director and CPO of Kennel Identity, a brand managing company.
   
   Mr. Kim graduated from Seoul National University, and is currently doing graduate studies in Public Relations at Yonsei University's Graduate School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
