Joon Yong Kim assists foreign (primarily Korean) corporations in all aspects of their U.S. operations.He negotiates and drafts various transactional documents such as sales, licensing and distributorship agreements and assists clients with corporate mergers and acquisitions.He also assists and advises foreign corporations in connection with antidumping proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Mr. Kim is fluent in Korean and conversant in Japanese.

Education and Admissions : Mr. Kim received his B.A. from the University of Southern California in 1976, his M.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California in 1979 and his J.D. from Georgetown University in 1982.He is admitted to practice in California and before the Court of International Trade.

Memberships : State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar Assoc.
