   Since entering the industry in 1978 as a line supervisor at the World Trade Center, Don Kim has experienced all aspects of the business pertaining to contract commercial cleaning. Within 3 years, Don rose to General Manager, responsible for cleaning the entire facility. In 1983, International Service System(ISS) named Don VP/General Manager of the entire New York City operation.
   
   In 1986, Don was promoted to Vice President for the Southern Group of ISS, which consisted of 12 branches encompassing 8 states. Don returned to New York when he joined Temco Service Industry. Then in 1993 Don was named VP of New York Operations for Initial Cleaning Services. In 1994, Don was given all of New Jersey as well. During Initial's merger with Rentokil, Don made President of the Northeastern Division. Don became GBM President in 1999. Don is a graduate of New York University and is a member in BOMA, IFMA, and BSCAI.
