Mr. Kim has over 10 years of experience in the financial services including both banking and securities industries.He is currently also serving as the head of Corporate Strategy/HR for the VGX International, Inc. and the Senior Director of Strategic Operations in VGX Pharmaceuticals.

His financial career started in 1993 by joining SK Securities, LLC, a financial arm of the fourth largest conglomerate SK Group in Korea as an Equity Analyst.Later, within the same company, Mr. Kim moved to the Institutional Trading & Sales.After experiencing the overseas financial market, he returned to the United State to join the Bank of America where he furnished various services including corporate finance, private, and middle market banking service.Mr. Kim later joined the Wells Fargo Bank as a branch manager to provide the overall banking service and to lead the trained financial professionals.After the years of experienced in both banking and securities industries, he founded the Walton International Group with the professionals from the consulting and financial industries to provide venture capitals, debt and equity financing, and management advisory service.Mr. Kim has extensive experience both in the Korea and the US financial markets, and achieved superior outcomes and built exceptional reputation with major financial institutions in the both side of the continents.In 2005, after joining the VGX.

Mr. Kim has a BA in Economics from the University of Washington.
