MDB's research strategy is to deliver insightful, independent and performance oriented research to institutional investors. MDB's research is dedicated to the identification of companies whose intellectual property portfolios position them to be leaders in their respective industries and whose growth prospects have not yet been widely discovered by the investment community.

Mr. Kim is an experienced equity research analyst having spent five years on the buy-side with both Principal Global Investors and Dresdner RCM Global Investors. Prior to his experience as an analyst, he was at Robertson, Stephens & Company. Mr. Kim graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in economics and was a Fulbright Scholar at the Seoul National University, Institute for Management Studies.
