   Katy Kilpatrick Katy Kilpatrick is the Research Associate for the California Redevelopment Association. Her primary duties include researching current redevelopment issues , assisting the Legislative Analyst , and contributing to the Redevelopment Journal. She received her BA in Political Science from the University of California at Davis in 1999. Kilpatrick's previous experience includes a research internship with the American Bar Association in Washington , DC , and a consular internship at the US Embassy in Paris , France.
