ST. LOUIS, MO, September 30, 2003 -- Husch & Eppenberger, LLC is proud to announce that Joe Kilpatrick has joined the firm as an Associate in the General Business Litigation Practice Group.

Mr. Kilpatrick will concentrate his practice in the areas of products liability defense, antitrust claims, and general business litigation.

Mr. Kilpatrick earned his law degree in May 2003 from Saint Louis University School of Law, where he was a member of the National Moot Court team, the Warsaw Transatlantic Journal, and the recipient of the Dean's Scholarship.He graduated magna cum laude in the Honors College with a B.S. in Political Science from Southwest Missouri State University in 2000.While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Kilpatrick was a Dean's Scholar and the winner of the 1998 Missouri Collegiate Debate Championship.
