Since joining Colliers International in 1994, Mr. Kilpatrick has played an important part in growing the Land Division at Colliers by helping to emphasize its position as the most respected collection of land specialists in Las Vegas.He combined forces with Scott R. Gragson in 1997 and the two, along with teammates Robert M. Torres and Laurie L. Stevens, have repeatedly been the top-producing team throughout the Colliers network.
In 2004 alone, Mr. Kilpatrick has been involved in land transactions valued at $250 million, including some of the most complex deals in Nevada.Mr. Kilpatrick has been instrumental in the assemblage of dozens of large-scale developments, most of them pieced together using 2½ and 5-acre parcels.Notable assemblages include two 450-acre business parks, a 300-acre proposed mixed-use development, the 120-acre UNLV Technology Campus, a 90-acre auto mall, and three 40-acre hospitals.
Mr. Kilpatrick concentrates his day-to-day efforts working with landowners whose properties are situated specifically in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas valley.Operating with a proprietary database relating particularly to southwest Las Vegas, Mr. Kilpatrick tracks 30,000 acres of raw land and closely follows recent and proposed development in the area.He was invited to be a member of the Advisory Board for the revision of the Spring Valley master plan.
Mr. Kilpatrick is a continued supporter of United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Candlelighters.He is a committee member with Links for Life, a major golf tournament held annually in Las Vegas for the benefit of local children's charities.Mr. Kilpatrick also participates as a counselor with Camp Firefly, a camp for children with cancer.
Mr. Kilpatrick was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.He earned his degree in Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. -
