Brian D. Killough, CAPM, has joined Clayton as Senior Consultant for the Environmental Services group in our Dallas Regional Office.Mr. Killough has extensive experience investigating and remediating petroleum-contaminated sites and has contributed to more than 70 subsurface investigations of a wide variety of potential impacts.He acts as a liaison between responsible parties and regulatory agencies, and develops and implements work plans and cost proposals, site-specific health and safety plans, and scopes of work.

Mr. Killough also participates in all aspects of remedial design and feasibility testing, well construction development, and remediation system operations and maintenance.He is experienced in applying a broad range of remedial techniques and technologies and has been directly involved with moving numerous active remediation sites into post-remediation monitoring, and developing and executing closure plans.

Mr. Killough has extensive experience with superfund sites, including coordination and implementation of Contract Laboratory Program (CLP) sampling.Mr. Killough is a registered Corrective Action Project Manager.
