Sarah joined SRA in 2006, primarily to run the rapidly expanding business.Prior to this, she worked at The National Archives for nine years, as a Reader Adviser in the main reading rooms, where she gained an in-depth knowledge of The National Archives holdings.She also worked as Deployment and Development Manager for the Reader Services Department and Business Monitoring Officer in the Chief Executive's Department.Her research interests include Early Modern Social History, Local History and Genealogy.

Sara joined SRA in 2006 and has undertaken a wide variety of research projects, including Who Do You Think You Are? (BBC)(Series 1-4), So You Think You're Royal (Sky One), as well as contributing to various other research projects for The Daily Telegraph, Tracing Your Roots (Radio 4), and has contributed to several books and publications on all aspects of genealogy.
Prior to joining SRA, Sara worked as an in-house researcher at The National Archives.
She enjoys all aspects of social and religious history, specifically the history of London.
