Bill Kettyle - Associate Director

Bill joined Blackwell in 1979 as a quantity surveyor and has worked on many challenging schemes around the UK including civil engineering, earthworks and remediation as commercial or general manager.In 2006 Bill was appointed Associated Director and represents Blackwell's commercial interests on the boards of Geofirma and CLC.
