Daniel Ketchum is a Shareholder and Director of Newton, O'Connor, Turner & Ketchum, where he focuses his practice on Corporate Law, Business Succession Planning, and Estate Planning and Probate.

Daniel received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, and earned his Juris Doctorate (with distinction) from the University of Oklahoma, where he was a member of the American Indian Law Review and earned an Academic Achievement Award in Environmental Law.
Daniel is a member of the American, Oklahoma (Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section) and Tulsa County Bars Associations; the State Bar of Georgia; the American Association of Attorney CPAs, and, the American Inns of Court, Luther Bohanon Chapter.
Daniel is admitted to practice in all state courts of Oklahoma and Georgia, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and for the Northern District of Georgia.
