Cindy Ketchum Staffing Coordinator
After graduating from Oklahoma State University in 1983 (B.S., business management), Cindy began working at Amoco Production Company in the Division Order department.She advanced to several supervisory positions before moving to the Amoco Financial Services Human Resources department, where she coordinated recruiting efforts with colleges and universities in addition to managing internal moves and transfers.
In 1999, Williams Communications hired Cindy to serve as Director, Strategic Staffing, where she developed sourcing, recruiting, and hiring practices for the company.In 2001, she transferred to a business partner role, leading a team responsible for coordinating all HR activities with the Finance Department.Cindy joined Anspire Staffing in 2003 to resume her love of recruiting.Her responsibilities as staffing coordinator include managing the placement of candidates with client requests.
