Cherisse Ketchum, Project Manager Cherisse Ketchum is a Project Manager with Anchin's Business Economic Development Services Group. With her extensive background in government and deep experience in economic analysis, Cherisse provides businesses with the expertise necessary to navigate federal, state and local incentive programs designed to help businesses grow and expand. She is also on the forefront of New York State's Energy Research and Development Authority's efforts to promote the New York Energy Smart Loan Program among the state's premier financial institutions.

Before joining Anchin, Cherisse worked most recently as a Project Manager for New York State Economic Development Agency's Empire Zone Program, managing the administration of the New York City and Long Island economic development zones. Cherisse was responsible for certifying businesses making investments and increasing employment affecting significant change in impoverished areas downstate. She has also served on the staffs of Presidential candidates, Members of Congress, and other high-profile government officials, with responsibilities ranging from overseeing budgets to the press corps to serving as the Director of Scheduling.
