Mr. Kent, an attorney, retired from Kraft Foods, Inc. in 2002 as a Division Director of Legal Services after nearly 29 years of service. Mr. Kent currently spends part of his time as a volunteer for organizations he supports, including as a board member of MHA of Westchester. He is a graduate of New York University and New York University's School of Law.
