Cheryl is a Matrimonial Executive and specialises in family law dealing with divorce, financial matters, children, co-habitants, pre-marital agreements and domestic violence.

She joined Tolhurst Fisher in January 1995 and is a member of Resolution.Resolution promote a non-confrontational approach to family problems and encourage solutions that consider the needs of the whole family and in particular the best interests of the children.

Cheryl has many varied interests, which include travel, theatre and sailing.

Since Cheryl joined the litigation team at Tolhurst Fisher in 1996 she hasspecialised in advising clients on matrimonial and family law.

Cheryl has specialised in matrimonial work since qualifying.Particular areas of expertise include divorce, financial disputes, children, domestic violence and pre-nuptial agreements.Her experience, tact and objectivity ensure that she is able to offer balanced and sensible advice to clients at what is often a very difficult time.

Cheryl is a member of the Institute of Legal Executives and a member of the Family Law Association.

Amongst many other local interests Cheryl is a member of the Leigh Regatta organising committee with special responsibility for publishing.
