November 10, 2006 - PROMOTION - PV Kent & Associates is pleased to announce that Charlene E. Kent, Esquire, has been promoted to Vice-President of the firm.Charlene will also continue in her role as Managing Attorney, a title under which she manages the day-to-day requirements of our litigation and liability departments.Notwithstanding her new role and the additional responsibilities attendant thereto, Charlene will no doubt continue to provide the excellent advocacy, negotiation and litigation skills we all expect.Her strong commitment to our clients and the attention to detail are attributes that our clients have come to expect and are hallmarks of Charlene's work at our firm.We wish her well in her newly expanded role.

Charlene E. Kent, Vice President and Managing Attorney Charlene Kent specializes in healthcare law, including advocating for provider’s rights, litigation management and prosecution of administrative appeals at all levels. Prior to practicing as an attorney at Kent, she interned as a victim-witness advocate for the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office. Charlene is a member of both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire bars and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in both jurisdictions. Charlene graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BA in English and from Massachusetts School of Law with a Juris Doctor.
