Mr. Kent delivers over 100 seminars, workshops, and training programs every year.
With a diverse client base spanning from Fortune 500 companies, such as Time Warner Cable and The Xerox Corporation, to non-profit organizations, such as The United Way, Mr. Kent prides himself on leveraging proven training principles and methodologies to fit a wide variety of corporate cultures and unique organizational environments.
Mr. Kent began his career in the training and development industry as a Performance Consultant with Dale Carnegie Training in Southern Los Angeles County in 2002.
By the Summer 2004 had been named Senior Vice President of the organization.
Most recently, in 2008 Mr. Kent became the Owner and President of the organization.
In his six year tenure with Dale Carnegie Training, Mr. Kent has been an eleven time Award Winner at the annual Dale Carnegie Global Convention.
He has been recognized for exemplary performance in all three capacities in which he serves: instruction & facilitation, personal sales production, and franchise management & leadership.
He was recently being honored as one of the "Top 3 Trainers" (out of 2700 trainers globally).
Kent both designs and delivers a large majority of his program content, yet still maintains certifications as a trainer for The Dale Carnegie Course in Effective Communications and Human Relations, The Sales Advantage, High Impact Presentations, and The Dale Carnegie Seminar Series.
He has a background of over 14 years in professional sales, management, and organizational leadership.
He spent extensive time in the dot com, software, and high tech manufacturing industries prior to entering the training and development industry.
Kent graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from The Carl Lidner Business College at the University of Cincinnati.
