Barry KempAnother product of the Northumbria University production line of highly skilled computing students, Min comes to BACK Consulting as a highly recommended individual.Self taught with Flash skills leading on from his Computer Aided Design background he has become one the leading lights in the region in terms of cretive website development.

Min grew up in South Korea and after completing his national service with the army he headed to the west to complete his education.Ironically it was while in the United Kingdom he met and married his now wife who happens to be from.... South Korea.They now have their first child born in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

His original focus was in the engineering field but he quickly realised he had a flair for creative web development.This did not go un-noticed by employers and potential suitors were snapping at his heels to sign him up.He eventually spent his placement year with Northern Grid and they brought his skills set up to a very professional level.

Min is a very fiendly and approachable person and enjoys life in the north east of England.He looks to further his experience and education for the a few years before returning to his native South Korea and be re-united with his family.

Barry KempBarry Kemp is one of the founders of BACK Consulting who originally came up with the idea of providing business and IT consultancy to companies around the world.

He studied at Northumbria University and completed his BSc (HONS) in Computing for Industry in the year 2000.During this time he spent a year working for Proctor & Gamble in Newcastle, Cincinnati and Frankfurt.

After university Barry immediately took up employment with top law firm Ward Hadaway and took charge of all case management projects including Debt Recovery, Road Traffic Accident, Personal Injury, medical Negligence, Credit Control, Plot Sales, Residential Conveyancing and more.

During this time at Ward Hadaway, Barry went back to Northumbria University and obtained his second degree, an MSc in E-Business Computing with a final year project of web enabling the afore-mentioned case management system.

5 years after he began with Ward Hadaway he was poached by an American software company to resell their product in Europe as Technical Manager.This role involved all aspects of delivery from supporting sales, requirements, analysis, design, construction, testing, deployment and support.As well as learning how to shape a "tool-kit" case management system to suit the needs of certain areas of law he also had to develop additional add-ons using .NET languages, MS Access, PHP, MySQL, Crystal Reports and much more.This required high levels of project management and clients in Scotland, Ireland and England all gave glowing references.

In 2006 Barry teamed up with Andrew Charlton to start BACK Consulting to combine the mix of Barry's technical experience with Andrew's vast knowledge of the legal and business industries.
