    MTL chief executive Sean Kelly is hopeful about Lianyungang prospects. He pointed out that China's support in the rail line from hinterland's Gansu province to Lianyungang and in modernising the port will offer vast opportunities for development of the port, provided a balance between market demand and port expansion can be maintained.
