Sean Kelly, principal of development for PresbyHomes, acknowledged the importance of having the ordinance finally reach the supervisors.

"This is a huge milestone for us," he said after the meeting Wednesday."We're excited to move on to the next phase."

Kelly would not say if the development company will file a conditional use application soon.He said it is contingent on how soon the supervisors act on the ordinance.
