Sean M. Kelly Sean has over 7 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He prefers the court room to the office. In addition to having served part of his articles as a clerk with the Supreme Court of PEI he has appeared in the courts of Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, The Yukon Territory and British Columbia.

After practicing with the Litigation Group of a National Law Firm he decided to make the Okanagan his home. He has represented several chartered banks, energy and resource companies, First Nation Governments, federal government departments, a US state government, and some of the largest corporations in the world.

Sean's preferred areas of practice are Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Civil Litigation, Construction Law, Personal Injury cases, First Nations Law, Administrative Law and Criminal Law. He has appeared as counsel in the courts at both the trial and appellate levels and has represented clients of all sizes both Canadian and International.

He is active in the community as a volunteer director for the Okanagan Section of the Alpine Club of Canada. He is also on the Board for the Kelowna Yoga House Society and is involved with the Mountain Bikers Club of the Central Okanagan.

Sean is originally from Prince Edward Island.He received his law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2000.During his articles he clerked for the Supreme Court of PEI.Sean was first called to the bar in 2001 on PEI, in the Yukon Territory in 2004 and in BC in 2006.He is also bilingual speaking both English and French.

Sean is an experienced advocate and has appeared before several administrative tribunals and in the courts at both the trial and appellate level.Prior to moving to the Okanagan he practiced with the litigation group of a large national firm.When not in the office or at a hearing, Sean is likely to be found in the mountains climbing, biking or learning to ski.

Sean is a recent arrival to the Okanagan and is active in the Canadian Bar Association.

He is on the executive of the Alpine Club of Canada's Okanagan Section and sits on the Board of Directors for the Kelowna Yoga House Society.

Mr. Kelly is originally from Prince Edward Island where he obtained a BA with a major in anthropology and a minor in economics from the University of Prince Edward Island in 1995.He obtained an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 2000.Mr. Kelly conducts a general litigation practice with emphasis on resolving commercial and employment related disputes.

He has appeared as counsel before several administrative tribunals and in the courts at both the trial and appellate level.

During his articles, Mr. Kelly was a law clerk with the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island.
