Mr. Ronald J. Kelly

Ronald J. Kelly, B.Comm. (Hons), LLB, MBA, is a Director of the Company and a member of the Audit Committee.He attended Dalhousie University and received his joint LLB/MBA degree in 1988.Mr. Kelly is a former adjunct Professor in contract law at the University of Western Ontario and is currently a partner in the law firm of Siskind, Cromarty, Ivey & Dowler in London, Ontario where he has practiced since 1991.Mr. Kelly practices corporate/commercial and intellectual property law, including computer software development and high technology.
