Patt Kelly-Pollet is Program Director for People to People Ambassador Student Leader Program. She has the pleasure of meeting educators internationally to discuss and recognize their motivated students with academic promise, leadership potential and a desire to serve their communities.

Patt Kelly-Pollet, the director of the People to People organization, personally visited Fayette Middle to present the awards to the school's three winners.

"We are pleased to partner with outstanding schools such as Fayette Middle School in developing leaders of tomorrow," says Kelly-Pollet.

Patt Kelly-Pollet, program director for the Spokane, Wash.-based organization, said Hussein has consistently nominated students for the program and facilitated leadership programs herself.

Kelly-Pollet said a committee of about four people looked at thousands of candidates for the award before narrowing down the finalists.
