Ms. Eleanore Kelly-Kobayashi

ELEANORE KELLY-KOBAYASHI is a partner in the firm of Rode & Qualey. She received her B.A. degree from Jersey City State College, her J.D. degree from New York Law School, a certificate in Advanced Legal Studies from Salzburg University, Austria and an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from New York University School of Law.

Ms. Kelly-Kobayashi is a member of the Bars of the State of New York, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of International Trade, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Ms. Kelly-Kobayashi authored an article entitled "Environmental Protection in Ireland: An American Perspective," 5 Comparative Law Yearbook 181, 1982.
