Linda Kellett - Toronto Regional Director BDO Dunwoody, Toronto, ON
Linda Kellett has over twenty year's Human Resource experience, sixteen of those with BDO Dunwoody LLP. As a Senior HR Manager, located in the Firm's National Office in Toronto, Linda provides her expertise in the areas of recruiting, compensation, performance management and project management. Linda has been responsible for the update and development of policies and procedures specific to the Firm's IT staff employed across Canada. Linda also provides project management support, both for the region and firm - which most recently has focused on the development and implementation of performance management software. In 1995 Linda completed the requirements for her Certified Administrative Management (C.A.M.) designation, and in 2002 obtained her Canadian Personnel Professional (CPP) designation which recognizes human resource management skills. Linda has participated in "Real Time Coaching" and is a member of the Canadian Management Professional Association and Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario. We would like to welcome Linda as the new Regional Director for Toronto with IPM. -
