RCMP said the victim's family had been notified by Friday , but police were not ready to release his name.The victim was not a Richmond resident.

Ken Kellett, spokesman for Columbia Bitulithic, said Nisbet was part of a three-man team on a milling machine - a piece of equipment which rips up pavement prior to repaving.At the time of accident, he was one of two men walking beside the milling machine, making sure it remained in line.The third man was driving the slow-moving machine.
