    I think if you go back and look at the cautionary statement of early '02, it is a fair reading of that statement that there are circumstances where availability and the meaningfulness of information would suggest that quantification is appropriate or even required; but it is not - to address, Stan, your question specifically - it is our view that it's not an across-the-board requirement under the current rules.
