   I think if you go back and look at the cautionary statement of early '02, it is a fair reading of that statement that there are circumstances where availability and the meaningfulness of information would suggest that quantification is appropriate or even required; but it is not - to address, Stan, your question specifically - it is our view that it's not an across-the-board requirement under the current rules.

   And then, don't people, Stan, mostly do the risk factors in the MD&A where they really wanted to sort of talk about mitigating factors, but you can't do that on the risk factors, so they put it back in the MD&A so they can get in to say why it is they don't think it's a risk?
