Throughout much of her near decade long career with Ann Taylor, Liz has spent the majority of time focused on the development of talent.Coming through the store ranks as an Assistant, Senior Assistant and Store Manager, Liz has had over six years of experience in successfully growing both her business results and the careers of associates within Ann Taylor.After being introduced to Talent+ as a selection tool in 1998, Liz dramatically raised the bar in terms of talent potential in her Cincinnati based store, resulting in an annual increase of $ 750,000.00, growing her business by 20% in just one fiscal year.

Passionate about Talent+ as a vehicle for identifying and developing natural potential in others, Liz then transitioned into Human Resources, taking on the role of Regional Master Trainer.Her responsibilities in this position have included certifying all Store Managers on the Sales Associate interview, and District Managers on the Manager interview.She has also conducted numerous individual coaching and group seminars around the concept of strength management for the organization.Most recently, Liz was promoted to District Manager for the San Francisco/Bay area stores, where she will again assume the role coach and developer of talent.
