Etheridge Woods was built in two sections, according to Diane Keeley, a Realtor with William E. Wood and Associates. The older section was built about 10 to 15 years ago and the newer, six to eight years ago.The homes in the newer section tend to be larger than those in the older section, providing a wide range of prices, from about $135,000 to $200,000, says Keeley.
A well-maintained sign, with flowers at its base, on Gloria Drive marks one entrance into Etheridge Woods.Another more elaborate entrance is at the intersection of Etheridge Manor and Sydenham Boulevards.
Etheridge Manor Boulevard leads to a new ramp onto the Great Bridge Bypass, providing easier access for Etheridge Woods residents than was possible in the past.An off-ramp from the bypass is currently under construction, says Keeley, and should be finished soon.

While tranquil and serene for homeowners and residents, Keeley describes the neighborhood as "hot" from a real estate standpoint.Homes usually remain on the market 30 days or less, she says, adding it's a very quick market.
"It's a very popular neighborhood," she continues.
