Aaron joined Claymon Laboratories in 1998 after working 12 years in the industry and is responsible for the company's financial stability and business controls.He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 10 years where he gained an insight into Good Manufacturing Practice , Good Laboratory Practice and ISO 9000.

With his extensive knowledge of performance measurement and business strategy , Aaron has been instrumental in developing systems ensuring that proper controls are maintained as the company grows and matures.He also has a wide experience in reporting to both local and international management as well as promoting the business in a global environment.

Aaron is an associated member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Irish Corporate Association of Treasurers.
