Ms. Keane grew up in Littleton, Colorado. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas and earned her JD from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, with honors. Ms. Keane spent one semester of law school in Limerick, Ireland at the University of Limerick participating in their LLM program.

While in law school, Ms. Keane interned for the Speaker of the House in the Kansas Legislature and also competed for two years on the Washburn Moot Court team in the areas of family and juvenile law. Ms. Keane is a National Member of the Order of Barristers and received honors for excellence as an intern at the Washburn Clinic handling family law cases. Ms. Keane obtained a Certificate in Family Law while attending Washburn.

Since obtaining her Colorado bar admission, Ms. Keane has completed her mediation training and is current on her requirements as a Child and Family Investigator. Ms. Keane handles collaborative divorce cases as well as traditional litigation in divorce and post-decree matters.

Ms. Keane has two teenagers, two dogs and enjoys spending time traveling and volunteering in her community.

Ms. Keane received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Benedictine College and her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in Kansas.In the Fall of 2002, Ms. Keane participated in a legal exchange program at the University of Limerick in Ireland, where she experienced the cultural, social and legal differences of that country.

Focusing her studies in Family Law matters, Ms. Keane believes in a collaborative process that maximizes the parties' ability to reach an agreement without the need for a lengthy and costly litigated matter.

Ms. Keane is a member of the Colorado Collaborative Law Professionals and is currently Co-Vice President of that organization.Ms. Keane also does mediation and child & family investigation.

Involved in her children's school and extra-curricular activities, Ms. Keane also enjoys traveling.
