    June Keane, president of the Heritage Garden Club, was given a Harlem exhibit from which to fashion her design. 'When I think of Harlem, I think of music,' said Keane, of Saratoga Springs. 'So, I'm doing an instrument, with a music stand.' Although Keane has been ruminating on her design since she received her instructions Jan. 28, the project is still in progress.She did, however, leak what kind of flowers she'll use: Casablanca lilies, amaryllis and palm boughs.The key, she said, 'is to try to tell a story about the exhibit and what it means to you in flowers.'
