"A friend of the Singal family asked me to help fix the computer after it broke," said Katsev."When I went to fix it and saw the little girl, I didn't realize that she had cerebral palsy.Then when I was leaving, I saw a wheelchair.After that, I came home and started thinking that United Spinal Association has a computer program and maybe they could help out this little girl."At that point, Katsev took the necessary action and received clearance from the proper United Spinal Association authorities to give Singal the computer.
